Инсульт – одно из наиболее опасных осложнений хирургических вмешательств. Чтобы научиться предотвращать, а при необходимости – правильно лечить интраоперационные и послеоперационные инсульты, врачи должны иметь четкое представление о факторах риска их возникновения. В статье приведены современные данные о патофизиологии инсультов, развивающихся в интраоперационном и послеоперационном периодах, а также рекомендации, касающиеся стратификации риска таких инсультов и коррекции факторов риска.
